We are looking for a motivated and creative Regional Director to join our London office. This is an exciting position with great opportunities for a talented candidate to take a key role in supporting the country director and help to broaden and strengthen our client base.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Surpass agreed turnover and sales targets are achieved
  • Develop sales plan to ensure the above with a 6 months, 1 year, 3 year and 5 year business plan
  • Raising the profile of the brand in the market place
  • Develop new customer base and tender opportunities for the group focusing predominantly on commercial high rise building market.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and identification of new markets
  • Creating new strategic partnerships
  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities including the revenue pipeline

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role

SENIOR LIFT CONSULTANT - Kuala Lumpur (RM84,000 - RM96,000 a year)

We are looking for a motivated and creative Lift Consultant to join our Vertical Transportation team within our Kuala Lumpur office. This is an exciting position with great opportunities for a talented candidate to take a key role in supporting the country director and help to broaden and strengthen our Malaysia client base.

This position offers the right candidate excellent career progression and personal development potential. The ideal candidate will be technically well rounded and able to lead projects and meeting clients.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Undertake project research including site surveys, evaluation, inspections and assessment of existing or new lift and escalator installations
  • Delivery of design and client reports with recommendations and solutions packages on time
  • Plan, undertake, coordinate, and manage work on projects or programmes
  • Apply judgement in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of standard techniques
  • Prepare technical and performance specifications
  • Prepare bid and contract documentation
  • Analysis of contractor proposals and production of tender reports
  • Undertake the project manager role for the refurbishment and new installations projects
  • Understanding of financial arrangements for projects including fee forecasting, fee preparation, and allocation
  • Monitor actual project costs against target costs and administer change control procedures in accordance with agreed scope of service

Professional Membership and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in lift industry operational roles
  • Minimum CP2 and above (Lift Competent person) to obtain registration under Ministry of Occupational Safety and Heath (JKKP)

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Solid technical knowledge of Lift and Escalator Engineering and general understanding of other building services disciplines and multi-disciplinary design
  • Previous experience of lift traffic analysis and ability to oversee the production of lift traffic design information is desirable.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - Kuala Lumpur (RM240,000 - RM300,000 a year)
